Office Depot, Inc. (NASDAQ:ODP), a leading B2B integrated distribution
company providing business
services and supplies, products and technology solutions, today
announced the appointment of Stephen M. Mohan as executive vice
president of the Business Solutions Division (BSD), effective May 13,
2019. Mohan will report directly to Gerry Smith, chief executive officer.
In this role, Mohan will be responsible for accelerating growth of B2B
sales across all customer segments and vertical markets. Additionally,
he will provide day-to-day leadership and management to the contract
sales function and help develop and implement short- and long-term
initiatives that accelerate business results for BSD.

Mohan joins Office Depot from XPO Logistics, where he served as senior
vice president of sales and marketing, North American Transportation.
Previously, he served as executive vice president and chief sales
officer at Clean Harbors and senior vice president, field sales for
Republic Services. His career began in 1999 at Reed Business
Information, where he led acquisition and management of a large account
portfolio for a leading provider of data and business information
solutions.
Mohan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Bridgewater State
University.
